El Tovar9 Village Loop Drive, Grand Canyon Village, AZ 86023 Hotel El Tovar's Website:http://www.grandcanyonlodges.com/ Chicken El Tovar🥄🥄🥄🥄This is my second review coming from the Grand Canyon. The Hotel El Tovar is the oldest lodge at the Grand Canyon so it is very beautiful and rustic. Well eating your meal you get a beautiful view of the Grand Canyon. I ordered the Chicken El Tovar which was inspired by an item appearing on El Tovar's, 1947 dinner menu. It included two boneless chicken breast over angel hair pasta, with mushroom sherry sauce, fresh spinach, and seasonal vegetables. Personally angel hair pasta is not my favorite so I traded a starch for a starch and got mashed potatoes instead. The sherry sauce and mushroom tasted really good with the breaded chicken but I thought that there might have been a little bit to much sherry sauce and not enough mushrooms because the sherry sauce seemed to overpower the mushrooms. The grilled vegetable was broccoli and you get quite a healthy portion of it. Overall I would rate this meal a 4 out of 5 spoon meal for its big portions and amazing sherry and mushroom sauce.

Please use the date actually visited as it reflects the staff working at the time. It's okay not to load them in order but the actual date is important, esp when you go big!!!
